Together the two of us have been helping people from all walks of life for 30 years: men, women, couples, teens, gay and straight, young and not so young.
We've coached people... >> struggling with anxiety, depression, a sense of not belonging >> who keep engaging in compulsions that seem to control their lives >> struggling with a sense of stuckness, wondering about their life purpose >> who feel like they don't belong, like an outsider
In our work we'll invite you to become really curious about what makes you tick, why you do the things you do (or don't!).
Sometimes we have to get a little creative with our own brains in order to make change happen. Together we'll design strategies that can bring about real change in your life.
We tend to be pretty hands-on: listening and encouraging also trouble-shooting and prodding, recommending a TED talk or a Web site, homework or a new strategy to experiment with.
Call to see how we can help. If we can't, we can help you find someone who can better meet your needs.
Please feel free to contact Greg Rowe LMFT by email or phone for a free half-hour consultation about these or other issues at (415) 857-3193.
