We first speak with each of you individually to get both perspectives.

Then in the first couple session we'll teach you simple skills to make sure you stop doing what you've become skilled at and have you start doing something healthier!

These tools help you reconnect, re-build, by using cutting-edge technology based on brain studies, attachment, and behavioral approaches.

After a little coaching you'll soon be using these tools on your own at home.

We have been trained in both the Gottman model of couples work as well as Bader-Pearson's model at the Couples Institute. We have worked with all kinds of couples hoping to heal and move forward.
